Miss Lisa ambrose singer/songwriter based in Norwich. Lisa has been writing and performing music since 2008 and in that time she opened up for Mark Ronson, Pete Roe and scroobius pip. Here genre is indie/acoustic/folk and a very pleasant to listen to.
Her influences vary from the carpenters to Tracy Chapman. Her style of writing is unique as she doesn't know any of the chords she is playing, she goes by ear to produce her melodic tunes. " I believe in writing music that has meaning and depth to it" Lisa has a unique but distinctive tone to her voice that brings grown men to tears. Being a sufferer of PTSD, Lisa has found sanctuary in her music and wanted to write a song for people to help them realise they are not alone, things will get better and it's not there fault. This song is to promote abuse awareness and to bring hope to people in need. All profits of this song will be donated to " surviving together" a Norwich charity based support group with staff that volunteer to help and support victims of abuse.Visit there site for more info @ http://www.survivingtogether.org.uk/
