Get Your Music Heard

Norwich Sound & Vision is just two weeks away!

On Friday 30th September 2.30pm at Norwich Arts Centre, Norwich Sound & Vision have a listening panel who are ready to give their views on YOUR music.

Who's who on the panel:

Nicky Bignell (BBC) – Nicky manages the team responsible for licensing all the music used across the BBC’s entire output

Wendy Roby (Drowned In Sound) – Wendy is the singles editor at influential online music site Drowned In Sound and a champion of exciting new bands

Dave Pichilingi (Liverpool Sound City) – Dave is Festival Director at Liverpool Sound City, a large international festival that gives excellent showcase opportunities to emerging artists

Dex Lush (Portmanteau) – Dex’s company Portmanteau represent a wide range of artists, labels and publishers to place their music in films, TV, computer games and advertising campaigns worldwide. They are always on the lookout for new material to work with

Annie Catwoman (Wombat Wombat) – Annie books the acts at one of Norwich’s best loved and longest running live music events Wombat Wombat. They book a wide range of bands from international artists to brand new local acts.

To take part in this fantastic opportunity simply turn up to the session with a CD with your music on it. Alternatively you can pre-submit music to us digitally by sending a link to norwichsoundandvision@cme.org.uk.

However, music that is pre-submitted will only be listened to if the artist is in the audience! All panels are only open to Norwich Sound & Vision delegates pass holders.
